MaBros is a trendy restaurant founded
by the Ma brothers―the second generation of the owners of famous Re Chao
restaurant (Re Chao―meaning hot and stir-fried) in the Eastern District of
Taipei.
Our brand spirit is to provide the
customers with a stylish, trendy dining style that is completely different from
traditional Chinese dining culture.
We combine the classic Chinese Re Chao
cuisine with refined dining space similar to British bar; this kind of
combination of Chinese and western culture gives the traditional Re Chao
cuisine a touch of elegance, making our cuisine more trendy and delicate.

Classics and Innovation:
Ma Chi-Chieh, our chef in MaBros, has
been dedicated in the world of cooking for over a decade; his continuous persistence
and wide vision in the field had never changed. It is precisely his knowledge
and experience that helped him with his innovation in the kitchen―using novel
skills and different ingredients to cook, yet preserving the most classic
features of traditional Re Chao cuisine―this is how he create one after another
surprises on the table, and satisfies the taste buds of our customers.
